Walt Disney World® Resorts free Disney Magical Express Service, baggage handling and airline check-in service takes the hassle out of travel!

Sign up when you reserve your Resort guest room and the Walt Disney World® Resort will send you special bag tags and stickers. When you arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO) go directly to the Magical Express Service and bypass luggage claim! Walt Disney World® Resort representatives pick up your bags and your luggage will be in your room at check-in! Departing is easy with in-hotel boarding pass service and a free return to Orlando International Airport.

What is Disney's Magical Express?
Disney's Magical Express is a service that features complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery direct from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort guest room - and back to the airport. The complimentary service includes round-trip motor coach transportation and baggage handling between MCO and the Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as an expedited airline check-in process for return domestic flights on select airlines.

What is the cost for this service?
Disney's Magical Express is a complimentary service for Walt Disney World® Resort guests.

How do I make a reservation for Disney's Magical Express?
There are three ways you can make your Disney's Magical Express Reservation:

You can make the Magical Express reservation with the Group Reservations Office at the same time you make your room reservation. NOTE: you must have a room reservation before you can make a Magical Express reservation.
You can call 407-827-6777 to make your Magical Express Reservation. NOTE: you must have a room reservation before you can make a Magical Express reservation.
You can use the on-line reservation request form for Disney’s Magical Express at http://disneyconventionears.disney.go.com/wdce/index?id=DMEPage. NOTE: you must have a room reservation before you can make a Magical Express reservation.

Can I book transportation upon arrival at the airport?
No. You must book your Disney's Magical Express reservation prior to arrival to fully benefit from the service and take advantage of complimentary luggage delivery to your Resort room. We recommend providing information at least 30 days prior to arrival.

While staying at the Resort, can I book return transportation to the airport?
Yes. You can book return transportation to the airport by calling Disney’s Magical Express Guest Services. Each Resort will provide you with a phone number to call.

What if I change my airline flights?
Call Guest Services with the new information.

American Airlines is offering conference attendees a 5% discount on the lowest applicable eligible published air fare (valid on any American, American Eagle or Oneworld flight from any destination).
